    The supply of coal appears to be reduced as a result of China's "supply-side reform," continued effort on capacity reduction and the start of usual heat supply in northern China. In November, coke price has risen drastically to 1,765 yuan/ton, which is 200% higher compared to early 2016, leading to an overall rise in price of raw materials in China. Prices of yellow phosphorus and methyl alcohol, which are raw materials of glyphosate , rose 30% within a month.
